Website GamerGod has published a list of 10 people which were interesting for the gaming industry in 2005. Will Wright, creative brain behind Spore, is one of these people, on the sixth place. By revealing Spore on last year's GDC, he immediately caught the attention of the gaming industry world-wide. "People everywhere speculated on the potential of the game, and Wright received a lot of attention out of it." The game has already won awards at the E3 2005, and even now the game "continues to capture the imaginations of gamers and designers as they contemplate how a game can viably present so many differnet modes of play."
